If you believe that someone else should be responsible for paying the claim then you will be instructed to complete a Third Party Notice once you have completed this reply. You will have an opportunity to complete this form once you have completed the Reply.
If you do not wish to make a claim and do not believe someone else is responsible to pay the claim, then you will have completed the Reply section of the form and you will not need to complete either the counterclaim section of the form or complete a third party notice.
