This will allow you to optionally print a PDF formatted report of the case details for the case you have selected to view. There is a fee of $6.00 associated with this report. You can see a sample report below.
You can request this report at any time while you are viewing the case. You must pay for this report before you can view and print the report. Once you have printed the report, the system will return you to the page you were viewing and you can continue to view the case details online.
When you select "Print Case Summary Report" the first screen will display the service fee amount and prompt you to confirm that you wish to produce this report. There is a $6.00 fee for this service. Payment must be successfully received before you will be able to access this report.
If you are using the "pay as you go", then you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. If you have "logged in" and you have a registered credit card then the credit card screen will not be displayed, the amount will be processed against your registered credit card.
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a page that indicates the payment status. You payment must have been "approved" before you can View the Case Summary report you requested.
Pay
This page displays the total amount payable including taxes that are you are responsible to pay in order to use this service.
Before we process your service request, you are required to pay for the service. All credit card information is processed through a secure and encrypted site provided by Provincial Treasury. Court Service Online does not have access to your credit card details.
Your payment must be "APPROVED" before you will receive the service.
If you have a subscription account and have registered your credit card, payment will be processed against the credit card registered against your CSO client id. You will NOT be required to enter credit card information.
If you do not have a subscription account, then you can pay as you go. You must have your VISA, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, AMEX, or Interac card handy as you will be redirected to the Government of B.C. — Provincial Treasury payment service to enter your credit card information. All credit card information is processed through a secure and encrypted site provided by Provincial Treasury.
Payment Status
This page indicates if your payment was "APPROVED" or "DECLINED". It also provides you with the details of the transaction processed.
If your payment was "APPROVED" click on the button displayed to continue with the processing of your request.
If your payment was "DECLINED" you should contact your credit card provider in order to obtain any further details.
You can print this page using the Case Print options available through your browser. We recommend that you print this page as you will require the reference information should you require any further assistance.
View Case Summary
Upon successful payment of the Print Case Summary Report, you will receive a confirmation of payment and be able to view and print the formatted PDF report. You can select the report by pressing the VIEW CASE SUMMARY. Select the Printable Version to print the report.
