The New Case Report is a free service that provides summary information, organized by provincial court registry, on the following matters:
- Supreme Court civil cases, and
- Provincial Court Small Claims cases.

The New Case Report is posted at 7:00 a.m. each weekday morning and contains information on files processed by the registry within the 2-day time period prior to the report.

The New Case Report does not contain information on family files, divorce files, or files subject to a court-ordered seal or other access restriction.
|

The New Case Report is in PDF format and may be searched for key words. For more details on a file identified in this report, you may search the CSO civil database available through the eSearch tab found on the left of your screen or ask to search the file at the registry where the file was opened. A file search fee will be charged.
