Register for Subscription Account

Registering for a CSO account provides you with a number of benefits as well as access to more of our Services!

Currently, with Electronic Search, you are not required to register for a CSO subscription account. Registration provides the added convenience of registering a credit card or a premium BC Registries and Online Services account to pay for the use of the service and allows you to access monthly statements of service usage.

Electronic Filing requires you to register for a Business BCeID, Basic BCeID, BC Services Card or a premium BC Registries and Online Services account. You will also need to register a credit card or premium BC Registries and Online Services account to pay for the use of the service.

Registering With Court Services Online

If you have accessed other Government of British Columbia electronic services before, you may already have one of these account types:

  • BC Registries and Online Services (Premium Accounts only) - provides access to search and electronic filing services on CSO
  • Business BCeID - provides access to search and electronic filing services on CSO
  • Basic BCeID - provides access to search services and electronic filing services on CSO
  • BC Services Card - provides access to search services and electronic filing services on CSO

These accounts make it possible for you to use a single User ID and password to sign in securely to any participating Government of British Columbia website. Court Services Online (CSO) is a participating site, so you will need to have one of these accounts in order to register with CSO.

For further information about these types of accounts or to register please visit the following sites:

BC Registries and Online Services (Premium Accounts only) - www.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca

BCeID - www.bceid.ca

BC Services Card - https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/governments/government-id/bcservicescardapp

Once you register with CSO, your CSO Client ID becomes tied to your BC Registries and Online Service premium account, Business BCeID, Basic BCeID or your BC Services Card account. Therefore, to login to CSO you only need to use your BC Registries and Online Services premium account or BCeID, BC Services Card account name and password.
