BC Ministry of Attorney General Access to Court Materials

For secure access to court materials online, you'll need to prove your lawyer status using digital credentials in BC Wallet.

Member Digital Credentials issued before January 15th, 2025 will no longer be accepted after February 12th, 2025. Please reissue your Member Digital Credential to receive the new Lawyer Credential from the Law Society of BC to continue using Access to Court Materials. For further guidance, please follow the instructions to “Reissue your Member Credential” . This does not affect your Person Credential.
