BC Ministry of Attorney General Access to Court Materials

For secure access to court materials online, you'll need to prove your lawyer status using digital credentials in BC Wallet.

ACM audio files require the FTR Player, which currently has a Windows-compatible version only. As a result, these files are no longer accessible on Mac computers, and FTR has confirmed there are no plans to release a new Mac version.

If you are using a Mac and prefer to receive the court audio files in MP3 format for compatibility with your device, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to ACM and complete your document and audio request and endorse the required Undertaking.
  2. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a request number.
  3. Email ASKACM@gov.bc.ca with your request number only. The ACM team will convert the audio file to MP3 format and send it to you via the Secure File Transfer System(SFTS).

Thank you for your patience as we work towards building a solution for this issue.
