In order to register your lobbying activities with British Columbia's Lobbyists Registry, you must obtain a BCeID. This user ID will give you secure access to the Lobbyists Registry and will allow you to manage your registrations. Your Business BCeID can be used with other British Columbia Government e-services.

|I don't qualify for a Business BCeID|
In some cases if you are located outside of British Columbia or Canada, you may not be able to complete the registration for the Business BCeID. If there is no valid registration path to register for a Business BCeID, follow the exemption process below that uses Basic BCeID.
If you register for a Basic BCeID, you will be required to provide additional documentation to the Office of the Registrar of Lobbyists in order to verify your identity before your registration will be accepted.
You will be required to mail, fax or e-mail by PDF the following documents to the Office of the Registrar of Lobbyists for British Columbia within 10 business days of submitting your registration before your registration will be reviewed and accepted. Failure to provide the requested supporting documentation within the timeframe stipulated will result in the rejection of your registration. This information will only be used to verify your identity, and for no other purposes.
Please mail, fax or e-mail your documents to the following address:
