Renewing a current licence?
You need both your licence number as it appears on your current licence, plus the access code number provided in your renewal letter from the Registrar, Security Services. Enter the two numbers below then click 'Next' to continue.
Holder of an expired licence?
You need both your licence number as it appears on your expired licence plus an access code. If you did not receive a renewal notice with an access code (before your licence expired), you may call Security Program's Licensing Unit during regular office hours to get your access code: 1-855-587-0185. (Note: access code numbers expire after three years.) Enter the two numbers below then select 'Next' to continue. You will be automatically directed to the Apply for New licence application stream, pre-populated with all the information from your expired licence.
Note: if you hold both a short term licence and a regular licence you must enter the number of the licence you wish to manage.
